Do You Offer Shipping?

We offer shipping across Canada in addition to local pickup.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email (if applicable).
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across Canada. Delivery times typically range from 2–8 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Tammy’s Treasures is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we are happy to assist you in contacting the carrier if needed.
Do You Offer Local Pickup?

Saturday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Items must be picked up within 72 hours of purchase unless other arrangements have been made.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
For shipped orders, payment is required at checkout.
For local pickup orders, payment is due at pickup.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns are accepted for defective items only. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges.
